Made from 100% Cabernet Franc juice, this unique Rosé displays flavours of ripe strawberries, cassis and candyfloss with a juicy, crisp and dry finish. The grapes were handpicked in the early hours of the morning from selected vineyards on the Helshoogte and Helderberg Mountain.

Pietradolce is all about the terroir and this 2022 Etna Rose is made from 100% Nero Mascalese grapes grown at 800m on the northern slopes of Mount Etna. The vineyard has rich volcanic soils and an intense day/night temperature swing which helps to provide their wines with extraordinary richness, texture, aroma and depth.
In the glass, this wine has soft ripe nectarine, raspberry coulis and cranberry flavours that combine to create a wonderfully summery, attractive wine with vibrant crunchy redcurrant acidity. Dry, crisp, elegant and full, the finish is long with a hint of soft orange peel which lingers.
