The south-facing vineyards are situated on the slopes of Cadillac. This is a spicy, juicy Côtes du Rhône with exuberant ripe red fruit framed by a good structure, rounded tannins and a lovely balance. A delicious and approachable Rhône blend with an elegant finish.
The vines are grown in two plots located to the east and west of the Rhône (hence the name) and impart the complexity of the different Rhône terroirs. The complementary qualities from these two terroirs allow the 35-year-old Grenache vines to reveal all their potential: elegance and finesse come from the small yields of 35 hectolitres per hectare and clay-limestone subsoil of the Saint Geniès de Comolas terroir in the Gard, while the round pebbles and clay subsoil of the Travaillan in the Vaucluse impart structure and power to the blend.
An outstanding expression of Muscadet showing great aromatic purity, with richness and length on the palate. The intense golden colour leads to exotic fruit aromas and notes of ripe, juicy pear. The grapes come from a specific parcel at the Château de Chasseloir, carefully selected for its position on a south facing slope, which produces berries that achieve good levels of maturity. The schistous soil imparts a balancing, refreshing character to the wine. The vines are carefully managed respecting the environment; herbicides are not used and the soil is ploughed to eliminate grass between the vines. The grapes are manually harvested at optimal ripeness.
Wonderful aromatic complexity is highlighted by fresh fruit notes of peach and lime with a delicate honeysuckle character. The light, lemony palate has distinctive minerality and a lovely refreshing finish. Drink now to 2023.
The Domaine de Vendange estate extends over 10 hectares, planted on south-facing slopes where the local Savoie grape varieties fully express their typicity. The 25- year old Jacquère vines yield 65 hectolitres per hectare. The soils are formed of glacial moraine; they are very young limestone soils made up of limestone scree, with layers of silty clay, which produce elegant, fresh wines. The vines are planted at 400 metres’ elevation, yet despite the altitude and mountainous location, the summers are surprisingly hot. This distinctive microclimate encourages the grapes to reach optimum maturity with concentrated juice, balanced by mountain-cool freshness. The vines are cultivated using integrated agriculture practices, maintaining the greatest respect for terroir and tradition. The focus is on green harvesting with pruning, debudding, trellising and leaf stripping. All grapes are hand-harvested. In 2021, the domain moved into conversion to organic status.
Red WineLa Rouviole is located in the renowned Cru La Livinière area of Minervois. Wines are made from blends of Syrah, Grenache, Cinsault and Carignan from the best and oldest plots of the estate.
This 2019 Minervois ‘La Régence is a full-flavoured and perfumed wine showing notes of ripe cassis with elegant cedar and chocolate notes and a fine, velvety texture.
The vineyard is located in the heart of the ‘Petit Causse’ terroir, in the Cru La Livinière production area, which lies between Carcassonne, Béziers and Narbonne. The 30-year old vines are grown on the hillside plots, on clay-limestone soil. The clay component retains moisture and nourishes the vines through the warm, summers, while the limestone imparts elegance to the resulting wines. The vineyard is orientated towards a southern exposure, which captures exceptional sunshine, over 300 days per year, which enables the grapes to reach excellent maturity and concentration. The Mediterranean is less than 25 miles away, which influences the vines with cooling oceanic breezes. The vineyard is surrounded by scrubland, with thyme, lavender, rosemary and almond, fig, cherry and olive trees all contributing to the aromatic complexity of the wines. The vineyard is managed using strict organic processes.
An elegant Viognier with hints of nectarine, ginger and honeysuckle. Precise, crisp and balanced on the palate, with a roundness of generously structured fruit and a long, elegant finish.
The vineyard that this Viognier comes from is situated 15 kilometres south of Nîmes, near the village of Manduel, in the heart of the ‘Appellation d’Origine Protégée’ of the Costières de Nîmes. The average age of the vines is about 25 years. The main characteristic of the vineyard is the soil, which is formed of ‘gress’, an accumulation of rounded pebbles that have been deposited by the overflowing Rhône River thousands of years ago. These pebbles allow the vines to grow in the best possible conditions and due to this natural soil filter; the vine’s roots can easily draw the necessary water for their growth. The vines also benefit from the Mediterranean sunshine, which brings the grapes to perfect maturity and allows them to be picked at maximum phenolic maturity which assured elegance in the resulting wine.

The vineyards are located in the relatively new appellation of Plan de Dieu, which translates as Plan of God in English. Despite the first historical mentions of the “Plan Dei”, which date back to a parchment from 1326, the lieu-dit of Plan de Dieu was only designated a red wine producing appellation in 2005. The climate here is classic Mediterranean with the additional influence of the Mistral winds. The terroir sits on an alluvial plateau with calcareous gravel, which retains water, helping to preserve the vines during the hot and often arid summer months.
Domaine des Cigalounes winemaker Emmanuelle Gauthier is a non-interventionist and looks for finesse and silky tannins in his wines rather than over-extraction. His 2019 Lirac is just that – a concentrated wine with aromas of deep, wild cherry fruits and spicy notes. Full flavoured with a smooth texture, silky tannins and a long, satisfying finish. A portion of the blend was matured in barrel imparting a lovely subtle complexity.
Lirac is an appellation on the western side of the southern Rhône Valley. Domaine de Cigalounes is a seven-hectare property which has been certified organic since 2012. It is located on the rocky plateau between the villages of Tavel and Lirac, on the opposite bank of the Rhône from Châteauneuf-du-Pape. The vines are grown according to traditional philosophies, in red soils with pebbly topsoil.
White WineRich aromas of grapefruit and citrus are complemented by fresh mineral notes and delicate floral highlights. Fresh and fruity on the palate it is beautifully balanced with layered notes of minerality and delicate hints of truffle which develop with age.
The grapes come from a single vineyard planted around the village of Morogues, in the appellation of Menetou-Salon, which is situated in the eastern part of the Loire Valley. The terroir is characterised by clay, limestone and flinty soils which impart distinctive mineral notes to the wine. The region is influenced by the northern, cool climate, resulting in lively wines from grapes with characteristic high levels of acidity. Domaine Minchin is certified by Haute Valeur Environmentale and the vineyards are managed according to a strict sustainable philosophy, known as la Lutte Raisonnée. The vineyard is planted with grass, and the soil is tilled and worked to ensure the health and vigour of the vine, while encouraging beneficial biodiversity.

Fruity, fresh, with hints of pulpy raspberry, crunchy cherry, subtle violet, toast, vanilla, and a touch of chocolate. Only the best grapes selected from the oldest vines make it into the Cru, which is then aged for 12-18 months in oak.
This is a refreshing, complex and velvety white from Saint Véran. Ripe fruit flavours of juicy white pear combine with delicate notes of zesty lemon. Softly textured, with a harmonious balance between refreshing acidity and fruitiness, this shows great finesse on the finish.
Saint Véran is an appellation for dry white wines made from Chardonnay, which is situated in the southern half of the Mâconnais subregion of Burgundy. The Domaine Ferrand vineyard is situated in the village of Solutré Pouilly, on eastern and southeastern facing sunny slopes at an altitude of 250 to 300 metres above sea level. The vines have an average age of 50 years, with deep root systems penetrating the layers of soil, imparting complexity to the resulting wine.
White WineA deep golden Saint Véran with delicious notes of fresh pear combined with buttery brioche, through to a long, elegant and mineral finish.
2019 has been cited as an outstanding vintage and one of the best in recent years. The dry, warm conditions produced low yields of impeccably balanced, concentrated wines with searing freshness and remarkable purity.

Morgon is one of the 10 Beaujolais Crus and the Morgon terroir is very complex. Located on the smooth slopes of Mont de Py, the soil consists of blue volcanic shists, sand and the Saone’s river sediments, which impart the wine with more power and structure than the other Crus.
