A glass of complex rosé champagne with a fine mousse of bubbles and mouthwatering notes of wild cherries, ripe red berries and fresh figs.
Made from a blend of around 85% Pinot Noir and 15% Chardonnay grapes sourced exclusively from Grand Cru and Premier Cru Champagne vineyards, this blissful sparkling wine balances richness, elegance and a beautifully rich texture. The wine was made under the guidance of Sandrine Logette-Jardin, Chef de Caves of Duval-Leroy since 2005.
To be enjoyed with sea bass fillets, Turbot or grilled cod. Also very good with white meats.
