This incredible value wine is produced by the Cellers Unio co-operative in Terra Alta, west of the Catalonia coastline. Garnacha thrives in these hot conditions, while the local winds blow through the vineyard, helping to temper the heat and keep the vines clean.
The wine opens in the glass with expressive aromas of flowers and red fruits with some really interesting balsamic notes. The palate is ripe, fresh and fruity with a touch of sweetness.
Brilliant Grenache for the money.
The wines of Clos Dalian are handcrafted by one of Spain’s greatest co-ops. Since 1942, the Cellers Unio have continued a 200-year-old winemaking tradition in Catalonia and the surrounding regions.
This white Grenache/Garnacha is bright white with golden hue. Aromas of ripe white fruit and minerals rise from the glass. This is an all-round good drinking wine that surprises you with its flavour, texture and food-friendly nature. Great value.

Grapes for the Tanguero wines come from the Barrancas region in southern Maipú, Mendoza. The vines here are planted on rocky, well-draining soils to the south of the Mendoza river, at 700 metres above sea level. The vineyards are located at high altitudes, meaning there is a high diurnal range. This extends the growing season and helps to retain freshness and finesse in the wines.
The wine is a blend of Garnacha, Syrah and Monastrell sourced from the rising star Valencia DO, and has been made by award-winning winemaker Victor Marqués at the state-of-the-art Bodegas Murviedro. Unoaked and fermented in stainless steel, this wine is all about freshness and capturing the essence of the Valencian sunshine.
This wine has aromas of black fruits, vanilla and toasted almonds, with a rich and rounded palate. It will pair beautifully with grilled meats, stews or cheese.
