A luscious Pinot Noir with ripe damson plums complemented by aromatic floral notes. Smooth and opulent, with wild red fruit, cherry and spicy plum flavours enveloped in a fine, silky structure finishing with a hint of toasty oak.
The grapes are selected from the single vineyard “Doctor’s Creek” block, named after the small stream which runs through the centre. The vineyard is situated southwest of Blenheim where the soils are made up of clay and are rich, vigour moderating soils.
The Astrolabe Marlborough Chardonnay is made from grapes grown at Astrolabe Farm Vineyard in the lower Wairau Valley, Wrekin Vineyard in the Southern Valleys and Dashwood Corner in the Awatere Valley.
In the glass, this wine has aromas of ripe melon and dried stone fruits with vanilla and butter notes and a subtle mealiness. The palate has a very elegant texture with stone fruit, vanilla creaminess, pleasing weight and a long, dry and mineral finish. This wine is already drinking well, but it
will continue to evolve, increasing in complexity and roundness over several years. Drink now to 2028. Pairs well with poultry, creamy sauces, miso, sesame, truffles or delicate mushrooms.

This Sauvignon Blanc is a powerful and intense wine with an aromatic nose of white currant, capsicum and fragrant tropical fruit with a hint of thyme. Luscious ripe blackcurrant and lime flavours envelop the palate, which has a chalky texture. This is a pure and focussed Sauvignon Blanc with a long, lingering finish. Drinking beautifully now and best enjoyed over the next two to five years.
This vineyard site has been the foundation for some of Saint Clair’s finest wines. This is the vineyard where Saint Clair Family Estate first discovered the fruit to make their flagship Saint Clair Wairau Reserve Sauvignon Blanc. The fruit is sourced from a single vineyard in the lower Wairau Valley. The Block One site was previously part of the Wairau flood plain and is renowned for its deep, highly fertile, free-draining soils, which have been built up over time and help to produce the intensity of flavour in the resulting wine. The vineyard has a flat profile and is situated approximately three metres above sea level. It is now protected from flooding by a stopbank. Located in a slightly cooler site than the majority of the Marlborough Valley, the vines have a slower annual ripening period. The fruit is carefully monitored during the ripening stage and is harvested during the cooler evenings, at maximum flavour maturity and physiological ripeness.
This Pinot Noir bursts with flavours of red cherry, cranberry and bramble fruit. Rounded and fruity on the palate, with supple tannins and a very moreish finish. This is devilishly good.

This 2022 Pinot Noir expresses the ethereal, aromatic and structural flair of the hillside slopes of the Sutherland Settlement vineyard and the Southern Valleys of Marlborough. The wine shows classic cool climate precision matched with palate depth and the ability to support texture.
In the glass it opens with aromas of raspberries, wild forest berry fruits with high notes of cedar and spice. On the palate it is rich and vibrant with primary notes of cherry, currants and wonderfully grainy french oak. Juicy, textural tannins lead on to a succulent lingering finish.
The story of the Kēkerengū Coast Sauvignon Blanc is really defined by where it is: outside of the typical bounds of Marlborough. It is grown on limestone soils, which are not seen in the Wairau or Awatere Valleys. Kēkerengū is a narrow stretch between sea and mountain, and its extreme maritime climate has a profound influence on the wine, with an early budburst and late harvest. This combination of different soil and climate from the rest of Marlborough gives a very unique expression of New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc.
This 2021 vintage is dry, bone dry. Wafting from the glass are aromas of citrus pith, lime and grapefruit zest and hints of jasmine tea, fennel and basil. The palate is intense with flinty, almost salty notes and passionfruit flavours. It has a lovely briny, salty, savoury finish which speaks a bit about the sea nearby. It’s a great wine with oysters on the half shell, and it’s a wine that really appeals to a lot of people around the world that would normally profess not to be huge Marlborough Sauvignon drinkers and may have more European drinking sensibilities. The evocatively named Kidnapper’s Chardonnay takes its name from Hawke’s Bay’s dramatic headland of Cape Kidnappers. On the nose, a medley of ripe peaches, mandarin peel, and lemon tart is layered with elegant notes of brioche and crème brûlée, courtesy of careful French oak ageing. The palate follows with precision and power: luscious stone fruit, peach and dried apricot meld seamlessly with a subtle nutty character, evoking roasted hazelnuts. This delicious Chardonnay walks a tightrope of fruit, minerality, oak and acidity. Summer stone fruits are woven together with rockpool minerality combined with a layered texture from lees contact and delicate integration of oak. There is beautiful shape to this wine, voluminous without being overblown and tapering to a refreshing and modern finish.

An intensely fragrant wine, where aromas of tropical blackcurrant bud and passionfruit are complemented by delicate notes of green nettle. Rich and beautifully balanced on the palate with vibrant flavours of passionfruit and melon and an underlying mineral note leading to a long, lingering finish.

Sourced from six carefully selected vineyard sites in the Kumeu region, the 2023 Estate Chardonnay continues Kumeu River’s tradition of crafting benchmark Chardonnay that consistently overdelivers on elegance and precision.
The wine opens with fragrant aromas of lemon zest, subtle white peach and a delicate floral lift. On the palate, it is beautifully poised and finely textured, showing citrus-driven purity supported by understated oak influence – no new barrels were used, allowing the fruit and minerality to take centre stage. A silky mouthfeel and vibrant acidity lead to a clean, persistent finish with signature Kumeu finesse.
Elegant and immediately drinkable, the 2023 Estate Chardonnay also has the structure to age gracefully over the next 4–6 years.

On the palate, it is full-bodied with round, mouth-filling flavours of plum, brambly fruit, dark cherry and savoury herbs. The oak integrates nicely with the fruit and silky tannins. Drink now to 2029. This wine is great with venison, duck, roasted beetroot, rare lamb and wild mushrooms.
This Pinot Noir delivers on all levels. The clay-rich soils located in the southern border of the Isabel estate allow for an intensely concentrated Pinot Noir in flavour combined with a firm structured backbone of elegant and sinewy tannins. Layers of red fruit, dried herb and perfumed violet characters with nuances of white pepper make this wine attractive. With age it will gain extra complexity.
