The Ad Hoc range of wines from Larry Cherubino is designed to be your ‘go-to’ wines – dependable, high quality and fit for any occasion. This 2021 Chardonnay is an inviting and creamy wine with green apple, melon and citrus aromas enhanced by buttered brioche and a lovely freshness on the finish. The fruit was handpicked, whole bunch pressed, fermented with natural yeasts and aged in new two year old French oak prior to bottling.

This 2015 Frankland River Cabernet Sauvignon is made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes sourced from his Pedestal vineyard in Western Australia’s Wilyabrup region. Inky black, the wine has strong classic bay leaf and earthy cabernet tones. Very focused, mouth filling with very fine tannins. Oak is supporting the intense fruit. Medium bodied, destined for a long life. Drinking Window 2022 – 2040
