  2016 White Label Cabernet Sauvignon Petaluma

  An Aussie classic and a great example of modern Australian winemaking from a traditional wine estate with mature vineyards.   This Cabernet Sauvignon from Coonawarra is a full-flavoured, rich dry red, and shows the spicy, juicy bright fruits for which the region is renowned. Aromas of liquorice cassis and cedar are complemented by black fruits and a lovely hint of mint and Cabernet leaf.   The palate is bright and juicy, is elegant and has lovely soft sandy abundant tannin.

  The White Label range is crafted in the same Petaluma philosophy as the highly regarded Yellow Label. The grapes are grown in the key regions of Adelaide Hills (Chardonnay) and Coonawarra (Cabernet). These wines are perfect to enjoy upon their release and get better with 5-7 years of age.  Great highly drinkable wines for occasions with friends, family and food!

  2017 White Label Sauvignon Blanc, Petaluma

  The 2017 Petaluma White Label Sauvignon Blanc displays fresh tropical fruits and exotic herbaceous characters with crunchy lime and lemon blossom. Hints of passionfruit combine with mown grass that lead onto stone fruit on the palate. Crisp clean acid lingers with citrus persistence, signalling a concentrated full-flavoured Adelaide Hills Sauvignon Blanc.

  2015 White Label Shiraz, Petaluma

  £1995

  This is a savoury medium-bodied Adelaide Hills Shiraz. In the glass, it has a dark red-black colour with a dark red hue. Aromas of liquorice and dark cherries are overlaid by some smoky cedar and dried meats with light pepper end notes. Medium-bodied flavours of dark cherries and liquorice are infused with subtle clove followed by some dried meats and spicy pepper. Fine-grained tannins with an aftertaste of spicy dark cherries, liquorice, clove infusions, dried meats and pepper.  Aged in French oak barriques and hogsheads for 17 months.
