  Elegant yet deeply expressive, the 2021 North Canterbury Pinot Noir from Pyramid Valley captures the soul of New Zealand’s limestone-rich terroir with precision, texture, and quiet intensity. A brilliant ruby hue in the glass, it opens with an evocative bouquet of wild strawberry, red cherry, and rose petals, layered with forest floor, spice, and a touch of crushed herbs. The palate is supple and poised, with juicy red fruit at its core, framed by fine, chalky tannins and lifted by bright natural acidity.   The 2022 Lion’s Tooth Chardonnay is a world-class wine and a benchmark New Zealand Chardonnay for lovers of site-expressive wines.

  In the glass, it opens with a bouquet of white blossom, lemon curd, and ripe stone fruit, underpinned by flinty reduction and hints of cashew and crushed seashells. The palate is taut and energetic, offering a seamless interplay between citrus, nectarine, and wet stone minerality.
