Guerrieri Rizzardi‘Fior di Rosa’ Chiaretto di Bardolino Classico Spumante DOC, Guerrieri Rizzardi
Veneto, ItalyVintage: NV
Delicate, refined, and delightfully fresh, Fior di Rosa is an extra dry sparkling rosé crafted from red-skinned grapes grown on the sun-kissed hills of Bardolino and Cavaion. Harvested under cool conditions to preserve aromatics and vibrant acidity, this Chiaretto Spumante captures the elegance of its lakeside terroir in every bubble.
The name Fior di Rosa – “rose blossom” – reflects the wine’s floral delicacy and ethereal charm. In the glass, it reveals a pale pink hue, with fine, persistent bubbles. Aromas of fresh red berries mingle with subtle hints of spice and wildflowers, while the palate is lively, fruit-driven, and gently creamy, with a refreshing, crisp finish.
Perfect as an aperitif, Fior di Rosa is equally at home with antipasti, summer salads, or lightly spiced Asian cuisine.
Why we love it
A joyful expression of Chiaretto di Bardolino, Fior di Rosa brings a touch of sparkle to any occasion – elegant, aromatic, and effortlessly uplifting.

Description
Guerrieri Rizzardi is a renowned winery located in the Veneto region of northern Italy, specifically in the Valpolicella area. The winery has a rich history and is well-known for producing high-quality wines that highlight the traditional and modern winemaking techniques of the region.
Guerrieri Rizzardi’s vineyards are situated in some of the finest wine-growing areas in Veneto, primarily in the Soave and Valpolicella regions. These regions are famous for their volcanic soils, which provide ideal conditions for growing the region’s signature grape varieties. The terroir, combined with the winery’s commitment to sustainable farming practices, contributes to the distinctive characteristics of its wines.
The winery’s vineyards are located at varying altitudes, which helps to create a balance between the ripeness of the fruit and the freshness in the wines. The combination of different climates and soils enhances the complexity of the wines and allows for a broad range of wine styles.
Grapes are destemmed and crushed then follows 10-12 hours of fermentation on the skins then the wine is racked off and fermented as we would a white wine for 10-12 days at 15°C -16°C The bubbles are achieved via the Charmat method.
