Cloudwater Brew Co is an independent craft brewery based in Manchester, England. Established in 2014, they began making beer the following year and quickly gained a reputation for the quality of their products. Their modern production brewery features a 24hL Premier Stainless Systems three-vessel brewhouse, where a steam-jacketed mash tun, lauter tun, and kettle whirlpool work in harmony. They have an 840hL cellar with 18 fermentation vessels, including various sizes (12hL, 24hL, 48hL, and 72hL), alongside three brite beer tanks. Cloudwater’s vibrant production team brings over 50 years of industry experience, blending backgrounds in mechanical engineering, genetics, project management, chemistry, computer science, and IBD qualifications in brewing science.
