The Ad Hoc range of wines from Larry Cherubino is designed to be your ‘go-to’ wines – dependable, high quality and fit for any occasion. This 2021 Chardonnay is an inviting and creamy wine with green apple, melon and citrus aromas enhanced by buttered brioche and a lovely freshness on the finish. The fruit was handpicked, whole bunch pressed, fermented with natural yeasts and aged in new two year old French oak prior to bottling.

Complex oak-derived spices with underlying nettle, currant leaf and wet stone characters. The wine has a soft, gentle texture with fine persistent acidity which carries the flavours along the palate. The finish is dominated by nettle and currant leaf flavours.

A striking bouquet of nettle, minerals, blackcurrant and an oak-infused spiciness. Made in a traditional Bordeaux style, the wine was fermented in new French oak, adding layers of complexity and flavour. A long fine line of acidity provides great length and finish.
