Monte Del Frà`s Bardolino is a light-bodied, vibrant ruby, fruity blend of Corvina, Rondinella, Molinara produced on the eastern side of Lake Garda. Bright aromas of cherry and red berries are well-integrated with spicy hints of cinnamon, cloves and black pepper, which drift beautifully onto the palate.
Delicate, refined, and delightfully fresh, Fior di Rosa is an extra dry sparkling rosé crafted from red-skinned grapes grown on the sun-kissed hills of Bardolino and Cavaion. Harvested under cool conditions to preserve aromatics and vibrant acidity, this Chiaretto Spumante captures the elegance of its lakeside terroir in every bubble.
The name Fior di Rosa – “rose blossom” – reflects the wine’s floral delicacy and ethereal charm. In the glass, it reveals a pale pink hue, with fine, persistent bubbles. Aromas of fresh red berries mingle with subtle hints of spice and wildflowers, while the palate is lively, fruit-driven, and gently creamy, with a refreshing, crisp finish.
Perfect as an aperitif, Fior di Rosa is equally at home with antipasti, summer salads, or lightly spiced Asian cuisine.
