Crafted from a meticulous selection of the estate’s best vats, Cuvée XV is vinified with an unwavering focus on preserving fruit purity and freshness. Grapes from the surrounding Bardolino Classico vineyards reach the winery, carved into the hillside of Campazzi, within minutes of harvest. The juice is then gently gravity-fed into tanks to retain its vibrancy and aromatics.
In the glass, it displays an aromatic nose of wild berries, red currants, and subtle floral hints. The palate is light to medium-bodied, with bright acidity, soft tannins, and a silky texture.
