Made from hand-harvested Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, this wine is whole-bunch pressed and bottle-fermented, undergoing extended maturation on lees to develop texture and depth.
The wine opens with elegant aromas of delicate red berries from Pinot Noir, entwined with floral notes and subtle citrus from Chardonnay. Hints of brioche and biscuit reflect its time on lees, adding complexity and finesse. On the palate, the Crémant is silky and refined, with a creamy mousse and a fine bead that carries through to a dry, refreshing finish.
