Domaine du Colombier produce excellent value Petit Chablis. This 2023 is clean, fresh and lively, this is pure, unoaked Chardonnay that just cries out for good seafood. The raciness is there, along with a generous amount of fruit. Bright pale gold colour, white flowers & citrus fruits over a mineral base.
