The 2021 vintage opens with a concentrated, perfumed nose of ripe plum, violet petals, and exotic spice. There’s an immediate sense of depth and precision, with layers of black and red berries, cracked pepper, and subtle earthy undertones. The palate is bold and structured, offering flavours of blueberry compote, black liquorice, and anise, interwoven with a vibrant minerality and hints of iron and tar.
