The wine is a blend of Garnacha, Syrah and Monastrell sourced from the rising star Valencia DO, and has been made by award-winning winemaker Victor Marqués at the state-of-the-art Bodegas Murviedro. Unoaked and fermented in stainless steel, this wine is all about freshness and capturing the essence of the Valencian sunshine.
This wine has aromas of black fruits, vanilla and toasted almonds, with a rich and rounded palate. It will pair beautifully with grilled meats, stews or cheese.
This beauty is made from 100% Monastrell grapes that are grown in certified organic vineyards located in the Jumilla DO of Mencia in Southeastern Spain. Winemaker Luis Javier Pérez has crafted an original series based on the philosophy that ‘Time Waits For No-One’ encouraging us to live every moment – time cannot be recovered. An opulent, powerful and rich wine with seamless oak integration and notes of ripe red fruits, liqueur cherries and blackberry. Subtle complexity in the form of spice, balsamic, herbal scrubland and liquorice adds to this expressive and well-structured wine. Elegant with a deliciously endless finish.
