  A refreshing, elegant blend of Sauvignon Blanc, Semillon and Viognier.  It opens in the glass with aromas of gooseberry and tropical fruit, layered with citrus and hints of spice. Beautifully balanced with full-flavoured passion fruit and citrus notes lifted by a zesty, mouthwatering finish.

  Excellent to drink now as the Sauvignon Blanc’s racy acidity is to the fore but after 2 years in bottle the Viognier and Semillon start to emerge with the Viognier noticeable for apricot notes and the Semillon adding richness and texture.

  A crisp and refreshing Cap Classique with notes of white pear and delicate floral hints through to a rich, elegant and creamy palate with refined bubbles layered with zesty freshness.

  The Pinot Noir grapes come from a single vineyard planted in south westerly facing blocks on the upper reaches of the farm in sandy, gravelly and highly weathered soils, with a clay substructure. This aspect ensures that these vines are cooled during the summer months by the prevailing winds from the sea. The breezes blow directly off the ocean in both a south-easterly and south-westerly direction, providing consistent coolness throughout the summer months, with temperatures seldom reaching above 30°C. The Chardonnay component comes from a selected block grown in gravel soils, which allows good drainage and produces grapes with a fresh, elegant profile. This cool microclimate creates a slow ripening period, allowing the grapes to build flavour complexity and produce naturally balanced wines.

  This delightful Pinot Noir comes from a single vineyard planted in South Westerly facing blocks on the upper reaches of the property, overlooking the sea.  This aspect ensures that these vineyards are cooled during the summer months by the prevailing winds off of the sea.

  This wine opens in the glass with fragrant aromas of rose petals and oriental spice that lead to alluring notes of wild, red-berried fruit and an appealing earthy complexity. The palate is elegant, with beautifully integrated oak, refined tannins and a long, silky finish.
