The 2001 Doisy-Daëne is the second vintage made by the legend Denis Dubourdieu and is marked by stunningly luscious and silky textures and flavours that perfectly balance sweetness with fresh acidity and minerality. In the glass, the nose has pronounced honeycomb, honey and lanolin. The palate is luscious and rich with vibrant citrus notes particularly orange and lemon. The finish is refined and balanced leaving you reaching for another sip.
