The very talented winemaker Bernard Fouquet oversees Domaine des Aubuisières and is justifiably considered one of the leading lights of the Vouvray appellation. He has been joined by Charles Lesaffres who is gradually taking hold of the reins of the business.

The Domaine des Aubuisières has 33 hectares on the best terroirs of the Vouvray appellation. The vines are distributed over 2 types of soil, clay-limestone 75% (on the hillsides) and clay-silicone (on the edges of the plateau) which allows the domaine to offer all the richness, complexity and potential of Chenin Blanc, also called Pinot de Loire.
