The Paddy Borthwick ‘Paper Road’ Sauvignon Blanc takes its name from original survey documents which described a road which was to run through the Estate family vineyard. Thankfully, the Paper Road was never formed, and instead, it gives its name to this Sauvignon Blanc. With aromas of gooseberry, lychee, grapefruit and guava, the palate is balanced by fine acidity and fruit sweetness. The Paper Road Sauvignon Blanc is a wine with great aromatic power.

2023 Chardonnay, Kidnappers Vineyard, Craggy Range
£2495Add to BasketThe evocatively named Kidnapper’s Chardonnay takes its name from Hawke’s Bay’s dramatic headland of Cape Kidnappers. It is made with grapes grown at Te Awanga, where the cool coastal breezes enhance Chardonnay’s acidity and fresh flavours, translating here to a medium-bodied, crisp style with ripe peach aromas and complex layered aromas of cedar and spice. This is Craggy Range’s answer to Chardonnay from Chablis.
