  This wine is a delightful blend of Cabernet-Sauvignon, Syrah, Merlot, and Cinsault grapes from the St Guilhem le Désert region in the sunny Val de Montferrand.   In the glass, it offers aromas of black cherries and eucalyptus, with hints of cocoa. On the palate, it is fresh, well-structured as well as having a finesse not often found in these grapes from this part of the world.   With 10 generations of organic winemaking under their belt, this family Chateau know what they’re doing!

  Cellaring potential is 3 to 5 years, and it pairs wonderfully with appetizers, grilled dishes, burgers, and roasted Camembert.

  We love old vine Grenache and this beauty is no exception!  Intense ruby colour in the glass with a focused, expressive nose with upfront red fruit and a subtle spice note.   The Grenache for Lunatico comes from a small north-facing vineyard over half a century old. The grapes are hand-picked then sorted, though not destemmed, and vinified very gently over a 25 day period using only natural yeasts. The 24 months spent in 600-litre barrels gives Lunatico an ageing perspective of 10-15 years.

  Perhaps the world’s greenest wine project, Château Maris is located within the of AOP Minervois La Livinière in the heart of the Languedoc, where the Mediterranean sea and the Pyrenees mountains come together.  Winemaker Robert Eden is strongly committed to sustainable agriculture and follows organic and biodynamic principles.

  This is 100% Grenache from old vines, with no sulfur added; pure and fresh.

  In the glass, the colour is deep red with violet hues. Elegant aromas of red fruits (pomegranate, cherry) and wild Mediterranean herbs waft from the glass. The medium-bodied mouthfeel seduces by its freshness, its roundness, its juicy and vibrant character. Ageing potential : 3-5 years

  Domaine de l’Aigle Chardonnay 2020 – Gerard Bertrand

  A floral and aromatic Chardonnay with white peach flavours complemented by nutty, toasty tones and a lovely creamy texture. Fresh and light with mineral overtones through to an elegant finish.

  The Chardonnay vines thrive in climatic conditions similar to those of Burgundy; the vineyard experiences an oceanic climate with continental influences, frequent rain fall and wide temperature ranges. The vines are planted at a density of between 5,000 to 6,000 vines per hectare, which produce concentrated wines. The vines are trellised using espaliers to ensure optimal sunlight exposure, allowing the grapes to ripen evenly. Pruning, de-budding and thinning out of the leaves are all conducted manually and to environmentally-friendly specifications. The grapes are harvested by hand and are transported to the cellar in special bins to preserve the quality of the fruit. The vines are grown in compliance with the rules of sustainable agriculture set by Terra Vitis.

  The 2018 Les Amandiers is made with the grapes coming from a single parcel of just one hectare from some of the estates oldest vines in La Livinière.

  This exceptional vintage has a very limited yield. Made predominantly with Syrah grapes, this wine offers  a wonderful bouquet of black fruit, blackcurrant and blackberry aromas, with notes of white flowers, wet rock and liquorice. The mouthfeel is full, powerful, and caressing. Its very velvety tannic structure balances its fruity richness and generous body, combining to give a lingering voluptuousness. Aging potential : 10 -12 years
