An elegant wine displaying prominent notes of white peach, nectarine and fragrant almond blossom laced with impressions of clove and nutmeg spice. Rich and creamy on the palate through to a fresh and spicy finish.
The grapes for this wine are grown in Saint Clair’s vineyard in the Gimblett Gravels region of Hawkes Bay.

This Cabernet Sauvignon Reserva from Perez Cruz is one of the most constantly excellent wines on planet earth and becomes a firm favourite of anyone who tries it. Vintage after vintage it oozes class. Seriously it’s that good! This vintage (like many before it) has an impressive array of awards including Gold and 95pts at the 2019 Decanter World Wine Awards and Gold at the 2020 Sommelier Wine Awards.
So what does it taste like: It opens with aromas of cassis, black cherry and toasty oak leading to a palate that is spicy, complex, full-bodied and so deliciously rich.

Quinta de Quercus winemaker Sam Harrop produces single vineyard and parcel wines from 44 hectares of high-altitude, sustainably grown vineyards in central Castile. This 2017 Quinta de Quercus is a single-vineyard wine made from the hillside plantings of 30-year-old Tempranillo.
In the glass, it has intense aromas of ripe blackberries that are enhanced by subtle herbal notes and refined layers of oak spice and clove. Full-bodied and concentrated, yet juicy and vibrant, this wine delivers a beautifully textured palate of velvety, finely-knit tannins and a precise, long finish. The grapes are grown in a single parcel called Viña Ocaña, which is the oldest vineyard plot on the Quinta de Quercus estate. Situated at 800 metres above sea level, the altitude imparts a distinct freshness to the wine. The warm days are tempered by cool nights and this temperature difference helps to retain the acidity in the grapes balancing the concentrated flavours.
This natural wine is a blend of Mourvèdre, Carignan and Garnacha with a dollop of Syrah. It has enticing aromas of forest fruits, cherry, raspberry and mulberry are laced with vanilla and tobacco nuances through to a rounded palate with a fine tannin structure and a persistent fruity finish.
The fruit comes from a combination of vineyards located in the Valle de Maule and the Valle de Colchagua. In the Valle de Maule, the ancient soils are made up of granitic sandy loam, which is formed from granite from the Coastal Mountains. The soils are full of quartz and are mineral-rich, which enables the vines to express their full fruit potential. In the Valle de Colchagua, the alluvial soil offers excellent drainage properties, oxygenation and deep development of the vine’s roots, which creates exceptional conditions for the production of high-quality fruit.
Le Cèdre Héritage Rouge is an organic expression of red Cahors, made from Malbec (95%) and Merlot (5%) grapes. Matured in oak for up to 18 months it offers complex aromas of plums, cherries and spice. The smooth palate is full of crunchy blueberry fruits, cherries and spices and has a long satisfying finish.
