Amplify Your Sound – Black Lager 5.2%
This is the Lost & Grounded version of a “Schwarzbier”, or black lager, a beer which certainly speaks with conviction.
With a base of Pils, debittered roast malt, biscuit malt and a touch of caramalt, this beer is as smooth as a ribbon of velvet – dark, gently roasty and ultra-mega-drinkable. Hopped with Magnum, Perle and Mittelfruh, this is an absolute classic of the lager universe!

De la Senne played a pivotal role in the “new wave” of craft beer coming out of Brussels, they were early advocates for well-hopped beers even before it became trendy.
This is their session blonde, Taras Boulba, a light lager with a citrusy character and hints of malt, lemon, cookies, caramel, and a touch of vanilla.
Dedicated Belgian brewers De la Senne work out of a small brewery using tradition Belgian methods. All their beers are unpasteurized, unfiltered and with no additives.

Running With SPECTRES – Baltic Porter 6.8%
This is the special annual release of Lost and Grounded epic Baltic-style Porter: a smooth, rich and hoppy black lager. Brewed with Pils, Crystal, Biscuit and Roast malts to provide notes of chocolate and coffee, balanced with a blend of hops including Magnum, Columbus, Chinook and Savinjski Goldings.

Rolling Papers is a Hazy IPA brewed by Bullhouse Brew Co. It boasts a 5.5% ABV and features multiple dry-hop additions that combine with fruity esters from their house blend, resulting in a hazy and immensely crushable beer. The 440ml cans are vegan-friendly. Upon pouring, it reveals itself as a hazy golden brew, with intense notes of tropical fruits, citrus, and a subtle hint of pine.

Belgian brewing traditions are one of the original inspirations for Lost and grounded and Apophenia showcases their love for these beers. The strongest of the core range: ABV expertly hidden with a touch of hops, orange peel and coriander to balance it all out.

This classic Muscadet from the Loire Valley is refreshing and pure, with white fruit and citrus characters combined with crisp acidity, bright minerality and a lemony hint on the finish.
The vineyards are managed using environmentally friendly viticultural practices and are sustainably farmed. The soils are old volcanic, imparting a distinctive minerality to the wine.
A light and refreshing white Rioja made from Viura, Verdejo & Tempranillo Blanco. It delivers notes of exotic fruits, wildflowers and ripe pears through to a zesty finish.
The grapes were carefully sorted upon arrival at the winery and the three varieties were fermented separately in stainless steel vats at controlled temperatures of between 14 and 16°C. The wines were matured on their lees for two months, with periodic racking to add complexity. Carefully blended showcasing wonderful freshness, aromatics and pure fruit flavours.
An outstanding expression of Muscadet showing great aromatic purity, with richness and length on the palate. The intense golden colour leads to exotic fruit aromas and notes of ripe, juicy pear. Beautifully balanced with aromatic freshness through to the deliciously persistent finish. A great match for charcuterie, mature cheese or fish and chips.
The grapes come from a specific parcel at the Château de Chasseloir, carefully selected for its position on a south facing slope, which produces berries that achieve good levels of maturity. The schistous soil imparts a balancing, refreshing character to the wine. The vines are carefully managed respecting the environment; herbicides are not used and the soil is ploughed to eliminate grass between the vines. The grapes are manually harvested at optimal ripeness.
Chivite Las Fincas Blanco 2 Garnachas is a barrel-fermented white wine made by the Chivite winery with the Garnacha Tinta and Garnacha Blanca grape varieties. This unique wine is the result of various rosé winemaking experiment, during which they discovered a melting pot of aromas, textures and hues, some colourless, authentic Blanc de Noirs, with captivating and exotic aromas. This gave them the idea of creating a new white wine made solely from the Garnacha Tinta. The blend needed rounding out and something that would give the wine a bit more complexity on the nose so that came with the addition of a proportion of Garnacha Blanca fermented in barrel.
The result is a wine that bears all the hallmarks of the Chivite wines and is therefore typical of the Legardeta estate, with an emphasis on acidic tension that brings freshness and balances the smoothness with a complex and nuanced bouquet.
