White WineThis wine is made from grapes from the famed El Diablo vineyard, which sits on a ridge above Eastside Road in the Russian River Valley AVA. Aromas of flamboyant pineapple, orange blossom and hints of coriander seed, marzipan and lemongrass lead to a palate delivering lovely tension, tropical fruit and finishing with great purity.
2020 shows excellent concentration and very clean fruit, which makes for age-worthy Chardonnay with high acidity and ripe fruit characters.
White WineThe grapes for this Chardonnay come from the Heintz family, who have owned their ranch in the Sonoma Coast AVA for over 100 years. Planted in 1982, Charles Heintz produces fruit for some of the top names in California. The world-class fruit that is produced here is summed up by Robert Parker, whose assessment of the vineyard is “…one of the great grand cru Chardonnay sites in California.”
The 2020 is elegant and expressive, the palate is packed with sublime stone fruits layered with spice, cedar and candied ginger, framed by a racy backbone, with a silky texture and extraordinarily long finish.
Red WineA rich, structured Pinot Noir with complex aromas of smoky red and black fruits, roasted herbs, conifer forest and exotic spice through to a palate of impeccable balance.
2019 stands out as one of the more exceptional vintages in recent memory. Cooler temperatures and stable weather throughout the growing season allowed for slow maturation of flavours without any heat events spiking sugar accumulation in the berries. Although 2019 also saw the devastating Kincade fire in Sonoma County, the fruit was harvested by then, so the smoke did not affect the grapes.
The grapes come from Charles and Diana Karren’s vineyard, a couple who are incredibly passionate about growing grapes. The single vineyard ‘Terra de Promissio’ translates as ‘the Land of Promise’ and it has an ideal terroir for growing Pinot Noir. Located in the Petaluma Gap subregion, the combination of the sandy loam and Adobe clay soils, the south-westerly sun exposure, hill elevation, vine density of 5×7’ spacing and the wind and fog of the Petaluma Gap, allows the grapes to have an extended hang time.

The Cuvée Barberini is a tribute to the founding fathers of the Estate and is made only in the best years from the best parcels of old vines of Grenache, Mourvèdre and Syrah. This Domaine has one of the best terroirs in Châteauneuf-du-Pape with its abundance of rounded quartzite stones, known as “Galet Roulés” terroir. These stones absorb heat during the day then radiate it at night, promoting full grape maturity. The grapes are manually harvested, once each variety has reached phenological ripeness. 2017 is classic Rhône vintage for reds and this wine is no exception. Well textured, ripe, full-bodied – delivering rich black fruits, mocha expresso and a subtle hint of smoke. Smooth on the palate with integrated tannins and a lingering finish, this is a traditional and elegant Châteauneuf.

Vintage Tunina is a field blend made of Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Ribolla Gialla, Malvasia and a little percentage of a sweet local grape variety. in the glass, it is bright straw-coloured with golden reflections. The nose is intense, wide, very elegant and persistent with scents of honey and country flowers. The palate is dry, soft, well balanced with an extraordinary persistence due to its full body. It matches with truffles, fish and poultry dishes.

The 2013 Dreams Chardonnay is a delicious wine and is up there with Italy’s best white wines. It handles its oak treatment with ease, blending pure white orchard fruits, flowery perfumes and stone dust with hints of vanilla bean and brioche. The textures are silky and seamless, contrasted by stimulating minerality with a green citrus twang that adds further depth. Intense.

Red WineThis wine is made from a single vintage, from a single site and crafted to be enjoyed during a single moment in time. Tomahawk Vineyard is a cooler site located at the southern-most point of the Estate which offers a diverse array of soils. In 2018, Mother Nature gifted Napa Valley with perfect weather for the harvest — warm days and cool nights. This allowed tannins to perfectly ripen in the skins and seeds, while preserving beautiful acidity and lower sugars, which resonated well for the age worthiness and balance of the vintage.
In the glass the wine is generous and complex with aromas of cherry cola, cassis and chocolate. Some savory notes and hints of citrus zest and mint. This wine is intensely aromatic and develops in the glass as layers are revealed. The palate is full-bodied, powerful yet exhibits grace and finesse. A rich and dense mid-palate evolves into a muscular and graceful finish.
Red WineThe Mount Edelstone vineyard, situated in the Eden Valley, was planted in 1912 by Ronald Angas, a descendant of George Fife Angas, who founded South Australia. Unusual for its time, it was planted solely to shiraz. The ancient 500-million-year-old soils on the vineyard are deep red-brown clay-loam to clay, resulting in low yields from the nearly 100-year-old dry-grown ungrafted Centenarian vines. First bottled as a single-vineyard wine in 1952, it became recognised as one of Australia’s greatest Shiraz wines.
2016 is the 64th release of Mount Edelstone. In the glass, it is deep crimson in colour with violet hues. Fragrant, spicy aromas of black pepper, sage, bay leaf and star anise are interwoven with vibrant plum, blackberry and blueberry, and gentle notes of tarragon and cedar. The palate is complex and textured with rich and concentrated flavours of mulberry, blackberry and plum, layered with sage, black pepper and star anise. The finish is beautifully balanced, with long, velvety tannins and excellent depth.
Red WineClos de Vougeot is one of the most famous grand cru vineyards in Burgundy and produces exceptional quality wines full of complex layers of flavour. This 2014 Grand Cru is a rich dark garnet colour in the glass. This wine offers powerful and concentrated black fruit aromas with an elegant touch of oak. On the palate, flavours of black cherry blackberry fruits are complimented by subtle warm spice and move onto a long lingering finish.

Champagne & Sparkling WineChampagne Collet, established in 1921 as part of the oldest Champagne cooperative in the Grand Cru village of Aÿ, is proud to celebrate its 100-year anniversary. To celebrate its centenary, Champagne Collet has made a commemorative bottling called “Cuvée n°21”. It is a blend of 21 of the Champagne House’s best years dating back to 1961. Aged for 7 years in Collet’s century-old chalk cellars, this wine is exclusively sourced from the Grand Cru and Premier Cru villages of Cramant, Ambonnay, Mailly, Avize, Hautvillers, Villers Marmery, Vertus, Verzenay and Chouilly. This one-of-a-kind Champagne was made in very limited quantity and will never be seen again.

Refined bouquet of fresh honeysuckle, buttered toast and almonds. Incredible aged characteristics in this blend. Tiny, delicate bubbles with rich and decadent flavours of caramel, roasted nuts, nectarine and candied ginger. A very long, elegant and silky Champagne.
Red WineOn the nose, the Volnay Les Champans 1er Cru shows aromas of red cherries, raspberry and wild strawberry aromas tinged with violet. On the palate, it is medium-bodied with sappy red fruit, a good acidity and a persistent finish.
“En Champans” is one of the most highly regarded vineyards of Volnay. The name of the vineyard comes from two words “Champ” (field) and “pans” (old dialect for “pente” – slope). This 0.96 parcel is located on steep east-facing slopes. The top of the parcel has light brown chalky soil whereas the lower section of the parcel is more clay dominant with a darker brown and red-hued soil.
The Domaine has practised organic viticulture since 1995 and was certified organic in 2012. Since 2005 it has also converted to biodynamic viticulture.
